QUICK LINKS

Green CMFDA is a fluorescent probe that exhibits cell-permeability, enabling its entry into living cells. Inside the cells, it undergoes a transformation into a soluble, non-permeable fluorescent compound. This molecule maintains cellular viability and proliferation while emitting a stable fluorescence for a minimum duration of 72 hours, rendering it ideal for tracking cell movements. Moreover, Green CMFDA possesses excellent fluorescence intensity under standard filters (excitation/emission maxima = 492/517 nm) and is frequently employed alongside other fluorescent dyes and proteins to enhance experimental capabilities. Notably, Green CMFDA is also efficiently transferred to daughter cells during cell division.
