Grancalcin Antibody (F-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Grancalcin in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Grancalcin is a calcium-binding protein predominantly found in human neutrophils and plays a crucial role in the immune response. Grancalcin belongs to the penta EF-hand (PEF) subfamily of EF-hand proteins, which includes calpain, sorcin, peflin, and ALG-2.
