GPRC5D Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects GPRC5D of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-GPRC5D antibody (E-7) is available as a non-conjugated format. GPRC5D, or G-protein coupled receptor family C group 5 member D, is a 344 amino acid protein encoded by the mouse Gprc5d gene and is classified as an orphan receptor within the G-protein coupled receptor 3 family, specifically belonging to the RAIG family. GPRC5D features seven transmembrane domains, which are crucial for transducing extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPRC5D is primarily located in hard keratinized structures, where GPRC5D plays a significant role in maintaining tissue integrity and function.
