golgin 97 Antibody (CDFX) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects golgin 97 protein of broad species origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-golgin 97 antibody (CDFX) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. During poxvirus infection, golgin 97 accumulates at viral replication sites, where golgin 97 is incorporated into virions, playing a significant role in virus replication and maturation of both viral membrane and core protein.
