산타크루즈에 문의주셔서 감사합니다. 네, goat anti-rabbit-TR와 goat anti-rat-FITC등 같은 host의 2차항체를 권장합니다. 같은 host의 항체를 사용할경우 same host origin blocking serum(이 경우 goat serum)을 사용하면 background를 낮출수있는 유리한 점이 있습니다. 혹 다른 host의 2차항체를 사용한다면 cross reactivity가 적은 donkey나 horse serum을 권장합니다. If use same host secondary antibody, you can choose same host(secondary) raised serum, it is the optimization plan when have high background staining result. If choose different host secondaries, you can choose donkey or horse serum since both have low cross-reactivity with other species'.
