GKLF/EKLF/LKLF Antibody (F-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against an epitope mapping to amino acids 449-481 at the C-terminus of mouse GKLF, also known as Kruppel-like factor 4 (KLF4). Anti-GKLF/EKLF/LKLF antibody (F-8) is validated for applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), with reactivity across mouse, rat, and human species. KLF4, along with EKLF (KLF1) and LKLF (KLF2), belongs to the Kruppel-like family of zinc finger transcription factors that regulate diverse cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and development. KLF4 interacts with p53 to mediate cell cycle arrest and promote DNA damage repair, and with β-catenin to influence Wnt signaling and cellular differentiation.
