GIPC3 Antibody (8H8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects GIPC3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-GIPC3 antibody (8H8) is available as a non-conjugated format. GIPC3 protein, also known as PDZ domain containing family member 3, is a 312 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of a single PDZ domain, which is crucial for mediating protein-protein interactions. This domain allows GIPC3 to play a significant role in organizing signaling pathways and clustering various signaling molecules, thereby influencing cellular communication and function. GIPC3 is widely expressed, with highest levels found in the small intestine and fetal spleen, indicating potential involvement in critical developmental and physiological processes.
