GBX2 Antibody (BB-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects GBX2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-GBX2 antibody (BB-9) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. GBX2 plays a crucial role in the development of the vertebrate central nervous system, particularly at the mid/hindbrain boundary, where GBX2 is involved in the regulation of key developmental processes. GBX2 (BB-9) antibody is essential for studying proper positioning and differentiation of the isthmic organizer, which is critical for the formation of the midbrain and anterior hindbrain structures.
