줄곧 사용해오던 santacurz 의 G alpha13 antibody (sc-410) 제품(최근 단종)의 datasheet를 확인해보고 싶습니다. 이전에 사용할 때는(최소 2-3년) application에 immunohistochemistry가 포함되어 있었는데 최근 datasheet를 살펴보면 제외되어있습니다. 확인부탁드립니다.

문의해 주셔서 감사합니다. 자료를 찾았으나 기록중 sc-410 을 IHC나 IHC(P) application에 추천한 적이 없습니다. application에는 WB, IP, IF, ELISA만 포함되어 있습니다. 이미 발표한 인용논문중 PMID# 20223821 논문에서 sc-410을 IHC(P) 에 응용했으니 참고바랍니다. 다른 문의가 있으시면 기술지원팀에 연락해 주십시오. We have never recommended this antibody for IHC(P), only WB, IP, IF, ELISA.That, however, could just be from never having been tested for such in-house.That said, PMID# 20223821 references sc-410 being used in IHC, so maybe give that a look.
