FXYD3 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects FXYD3 in mouse and rat samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FXYD3, a member of the mammalian FXYD family, plays a crucial role in maintaining sodium and potassium gradients across cell membranes, which is essential for various physiological processes including renal sodium reabsorption, muscle contraction, and neuronal excitability.
