FOXF2 Antibody (L-29) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects FOXF2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FOXF2 antibody (L-29) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. FOXF2 protein, also known as forkhead box F2 or FREAC2, plays a crucial role in gene expression regulation during embryonic development, particularly in vertebrate gut formation. FOXF2 is predominantly expressed in lung and placenta, where FOXF2 is involved in transcriptional activation of lung-specific genes. FOXF2′s forkhead domain allows interaction with other transcription factors, such as TFIIB and TBP, which are essential for transcriptional machinery during embryogenesis.
