    SEE ALSO...

FOXD1 Antibody (2C10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects FOXD1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FOXD1 (2C10) antibody is available as a non-conjugated anti-FOXD1 monoclonal isotype antibody. FOXD1, also known as brain factor 2 or BF-2, plays a crucial role in regulating inflammation and is essential for kidney and retinal development. Located primarily in the nucleus, FOXD1 is a transcription factor that influences the expression of genes involved in these processes. FOXD1′s proper function is vital, as FOXD1 regulates the activity of key signaling pathways, including NFAT and NFκB, which are critical for immune response and cellular growth. A deficiency in FOXD1 can lead to severe consequences, such as multiorgan systemic inflammation and renal abnormalities, highlighting FOXD1′s importance in maintaining homeostasis within the body. Furthermore, FOXD1′s interaction with other proteins, such as FOXD2, which modulates T cell activation, underscores FOXD1′s role in the immune system and potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The quality of image is normal! We did the western blot using the MCF7 cell line. The first column is the parental MCF7 cell line and the remaining two columns are the MCF7 chemotherapy resistant cell lines.Previous results indicate that the expression of FOXD1 is higher in the resistant cell lines and we want to do the western blot to verify. As the photo shows, there are many non-specific bands in the result. We repeat our western-blot experiment and the results are the same.
