    SEE ALSO...

FLJ22184 Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects FLJ22184 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FLJ22184 (D-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FLJ22184 consists of 616 amino acids and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19p13.2, a region known for its high gene density and significant role in various biological processes. FLJ22184 is primarily localized in the cytoplasm, where FLJ22184 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways and protein interactions that are essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental stimuli. Understanding FLJ22184 localization is vital, as such positioning can influence protein function and interactions with other cellular components, potentially impacting processes such as cell proliferation and differentiation. Chromosome 19, which harbors FLJ22184 gene, is associated with several genetic disorders and is home to numerous immunoglobulin superfamily members, highlighting its importance in both health and disease.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-398064 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jenniferc
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
