Fibronectin Inhibitor is a tetrapeptide which supports fibroblast attachment and inhibits fibronectin binding to platelets. Also an integrin binding sequence that inhibits integrin receptor function. May decrease systemic inflammation via inhibition of collagen-triggered activation of leukocytes and attenuates expression of inflammatory cytokines, iNOS and MMP-9. May promote cell attachment and abrogates apoptosis via the mitochondrial pathway in osteoblasts in vitro. Known to be a target sequence for syphilis spirochete adherence.

Hello, I want to buy a mouse fibronectin inhibitor. I think the one available in the website is Fibronectin Inhibidor (CAS 91037-65-9), does it only inhibit human fibronectin? Are there some analyses performing its effect on mouse fibronectin? thanks
