Fc γ RIIb Antibody (RR05) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects CD32-B protein of human origin, Fc γ RIIb protein of mouse origin, and CD32 protein of rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP) (non-reducing), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Fc γ RIIb antibody (RR05) is available as the non-conjugated format. CD32 protein, also known as Fc γ RII, serves as a low-affinity receptor for the Fc fragment of aggregated immunoglobulin G (IgG), playing a crucial role in immune response by mediating the clearance of immune complexes through macrophages. This function is vital for maintaining homeostasis and preventing autoimmune reactions, as CD32 helps regulate levels of circulating antibodies.
