FBP2 Antibody (4C10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects FBP2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FBP2 antibody (4C10) is available as a non-conjugated format. FBP2 plays a crucial role in regulating c-Myc gene expression, which is essential for cell proliferation and growth. Specifically, FBP2 binds to the far-upstream element (FUSE) of the c-Myc gene, facilitating transcription in undifferentiated cells.
