    SEE ALSO...

FAM154A Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FAM154A protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FAM154A (C-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FAM154A protein is located in the cytoplasm and plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly those involved in immune responses and inflammation. Proper localization of FAM154A protein is essential for pathway regulation, as mislocalization can lead to dysregulation of immune functions and contribute to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders. Chromosome 9, where FAM154A gene is located, is significant not only for gender determination but also for association with several genetic conditions, such as hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and familial dysautonomia. FAM154A protein interactions and functions underscore importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental stimuli, making FAM154A protein a valuable target for research in immunology and related fields.
