    SEE ALSO...

FAM118B Antibody (C-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects FAM118B of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). FAM118B Antibody (C-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. FAM118B, consisting of 351 amino acids, plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation. FAM118B′s proper function is essential for maintaining normal cellular homeostasis, and dysregulation has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer. The gene encoding FAM118B is located on human chromosome 11, a region known for dense gene and disease associations, which includes critical genes involved in cell cycle regulation and DNA damage response. Understanding FAM118B′s interactions and functions can provide insights into its role in pathophysiological conditions, making anti-FAM118B antibody (C-11) a valuable tool for researchers studying these mechanisms.
