SEE ALSO...

FAM110A Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects FAM110A of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-FAM110A antibody (B-11) is available as non-conjugated. FAM110A, or family with sequence similarity 110, member A, is a 295 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation, particularly during S phase and G2/M phase, where expression significantly increases. FAM110A localizes in the cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, and centrosome, colocalizing with microtubules during interphase and at spindle poles during mitosis, highlighting importance in maintaining proper cell division and ensuring genomic stability. The gene encoding FAM110A resides on human chromosome 20, a region containing over 60 genes implicated in various biological processes, including male fertility through genes essential for seminal production. FAM110A interacts with CSPP, further emphasizing a role in facilitating accurate cell cycle progression. FAM110A antibody (B-11) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying cell division dynamics and molecular mechanisms underlying various cellular processes.
