    SEE ALSO...

Evx-1 Antibody (397.3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Evx-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Evx-1 antibody (397.3) is available as a non-conjugated format. Evx-1 protein plays a critical role in embryonic development, particularly in the hindbrain, genital bud, developing neural tube, and distal limb, where Evx-1 is essential for proper tissue differentiation and organogenesis. Evx-1 is a member of the homeodomain transcription factor family, which regulates gene expression to orchestrate developmental processes across eukaryotic species. Notably, Evx-1 is closely linked to the Hox gene cluster on mouse chromosome 6, and Evx-1 expression is influenced by growth factors such as FGF-4, highlighting Evx-1′s importance in signaling pathways that govern developmental timing and spatial organization. The interaction between Evx-1 and Hox genes is particularly significant, as this interaction underscores the intricate regulatory networks that guide embryonic patterning and the establishment of regional identities along the body axes. Using anti-Evx-1 antibody (397.3) in research can provide valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying development and the potential implications for understanding congenital disorders.
