Ets-2 Antibody (G-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgM kappa light chain antibody engineered to detect Ets-2. Anti-Ets-2 antibody (G-8) targets an epitope encompassing amino acids 161-300 of human Ets-2 and is validated for use with mouse, rat, and human samples in applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ets-2 is a pivotal transcription factor located in the nucleus, where Ets-2 regulates the expression of genes involved in critical cellular processes including proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and angiogenesis.
