    ETO-2 Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ETO-2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ETO-2, also known as MTG16, is a crucial member of the ETO transcription factor family, which plays a significant role in regulating gene expression and cellular differentiation. ETO-2 is primarily located in the nucleus, where ETO-2 interacts with various DNA-binding proteins and transcriptional regulators, including the nuclear receptor corepressor (N-CoR).
