ERBIN Antibody (10D2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ERBIN protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ERBIN antibody (10D2) is available as the non-conjugated format. ERBIN protein plays a crucial role in the localization and signaling of ErbB-2 receptor tyrosine kinase, which is essential for coordinating various biological signaling networks. Specifically, ERBIN contains a PDZ domain that facilitates direct interaction with ErbB-2, leading to colocalization at the lateral membrane of intestinal epithelial cells.
