QUICK LINKS

EMD 386088 hydrochloride is a potent SR-6 (5-HT6) receptor agonist (EC50 = 1.0 nM) that displays selectivity to other serotonin receptors (IC50 values are 7.4, 110, 180, 240, 450, 620, 660 and 3000 nM for SR-6, SR-1D(5-HT1D), SR-1B(5-HT1B), SR-2A(5-HT2A), SR-2C, SR-4, SR-1A and SR-7, respectively). Moderate affinity at SR-3 (IC50 = 34 nM).
