SEE ALSO...

E2F-6 Antibody (TFE61) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects E2F-6 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-E2F-6 antibody (TFE61) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. E2F-6 protein plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression during cell cycle, particularly in transitioning from G1 phase to S phase, where DNA synthesis occurs. This regulation maintains proper cell proliferation and prevents uncontrolled growth, which can lead to tumorigenesis. E2F-6 functions as a transcriptional repressor, interacting with other proteins to inhibit expression of genes necessary for cell cycle progression. Formation of complexes with other E2F family members and DP-1 protein highlights E2F-6′s importance in cell cycle regulation network. Understanding E2F-6 function and interactions remains essential for elucidating mechanisms underlying cell cycle control and potential implications in cancer biology.

Hi, I am using your anti-E2F-6 (TFE61) (53273), and I am really concerned about the band appearing just beneath the main one. In fact I even saw a third one, like for your WB for the nuclear extracts. What are those proteins detected please?
