Doxazosin Mesylate is an α-blocker drug related to prazosin, specifically acting as an AR (α-1-adrenoceptor) antagonist. Doxazosin Mesylate inhibits the binding of norepinephrine to the α-1 receptors on the membrane of vascular smooth muscle cells.
