Dlx-2 Antibody (WQ6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Dlx-2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Dlx-2 is a member of the Dlx gene family, which plays a crucial role in the development of the craniofacial skeleton and the differentiation of dental structures. Dlx-2 is primarily localized in the nucleus, where Dlx-2 functions as a transcription factor, influencing gene expression patterns vital for proper tissue morphogenesis and histogenesis. Dlx-2 regulates the development of the orofacial region and contributes to the formation of limb and genital structures.
