DDX3Y Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects DDX3Y protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-DDX3Y antibody (B-4) is available as the non-conjugated form. DDX3Y, a member of the DEAD box protein family, plays a crucial role in RNA metabolism and is essential for normal spermatogenesis, being exclusively expressed in the testis. DDX3Y regulates gene expression during male gamete development, and dysfunction can lead to male infertility.
