QUICK LINKS

DAF-FM DA (cell permeable) is an analog of DAF-FM that is cell permeable and can be hydrolyzed to DAF-FM via intracellular esterases. It acts as a nitric oxide (NO) fluorescent indicator. DAF-FM DA (cell permeable) is converted to DAF-FM T when it is exposed simultaneously to both oxygen and NO. It is photostable and stable in pH 5.5 to 12.
