D-NG-Monomethylarginine (D-NMMA) is an endothelin-derived relaxing factor inhibitor. D-NMMA is cell permeable. D-NMMA is a negative control for NG-Monomethyl-L-arginine, L-NMMA (sc-200739). D-NMMA may be employed to investigate non-specific L-NMMA activity. D-NMMA does not have any significant effect on NOS.
