D,L-Sulforaphane Glutathione is a glutathione adduct and major metabolite of Sulforaphane. D,L-Sulforaphane Glutathione functions by stimulating the transcription factor Nrf2, a controller of the cellular antioxidant defense system. When Nrf2 is activated, it triggers the expression of enzymes involved in antioxidation and detoxification, protecting cells against oxidative stress.
