Cyclin A2 Antibody (46B11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects cyclin A2 protein of Xenopus laevis origin by western blotting (WB). Anti-cyclin A2 antibody (46B11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Cyclin A2 is a crucial member of the highly conserved cyclin family, playing a vital role in regulating cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) that are essential for cell cycle progression. Cyclin A2 is primarily located in the nucleus, where cyclin A2 binds and activates CDC2 or CDK2 kinases, facilitating the transitions between the G1/S and G2/M phases of the cell cycle.
