CXCR-3 Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CXCR-3 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CXCR-3 (H-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CXCR-3, also known as IP-10/MIG receptor, plays a crucial role in immune response by mediating chemotaxis and calcium mobilization in T lymphocytes in response to C-X-C chemokines such as IP-10 and MIG. CXCR-3 is predominantly expressed in IL-2-activated T lymphocytes, highlighting CXCR-3′s importance in recruiting immune cells to sites of inflammation or infection. Selective expression of CXCR-3 in activated T cells, as opposed to resting T cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, or granulocytes, underscores CXCR-3′s significance in adaptive immunity and suggests potential as a therapeutic target in conditions characterized by T cell dysregulation, such as autoimmune diseases and cancer.
