CX3CR1 Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CX3CR1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CX3CR1 Antibody (B-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CX3CR1, also known as C-X3-C chemokine receptor 1, plays a crucial role in immune response by mediating adhesion and migration of leukocytes, particularly in inflammatory conditions.
