    SEE ALSO...

CWF19L1 Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CWF19L1 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CWF19L1 (F-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CWF19L1, also known as CWF19-like 1, plays a crucial role in cell cycle control and is composed of 538 amino acids, existing as three alternatively spliced isoforms. CWF19L1 is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 10, which spans nearly 135 million base pairs and constitutes approximately 4.5% of total cellular DNA, encoding nearly 1,200 genes. CWF19L1′s involvement in pre-mRNA splicing and cell cycle progression is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and proper gene expression. Disruptions in these processes can lead to various diseases, including cancer, making CWF19L1 research vital for understanding tumorigenesis and developing potential therapeutic strategies.
