Cpp-AAF-pAb is a specific inhibitor of thimet oligopeptidase with an EC of 3.4.24.15, Ki = 0.027 +/- 0.003 μM. Neprilysin (Endopeptidase-2, EC 3.4.24.11) converts this compound to a potent inhibitor of ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme).
