Corn steep liquor is a viscous concentrate of corn solubles. It is rich in amino acids, minerals, growth stimulants and vitamins. It is a useful nitrogen source for high density E. Coli growths. Corn steep liquor is a byproduct of the wet-milling process of corn, which is primarily used for the extraction of corn starch and other corn derivatives. It also finds applications in agriculture as a natural fertilizer and soil amendment. Thank you for your question. Elemental analysis was performed on sc-214762A lots C0519. Please download the lot-specific CoA on our website. The composition of nitrogen an phosphorous can be found below: total nitrogen is 59.08 ppm phosphorous 355.04 ppm
