Coproporphyrin III dihydrochloride is a naturally occurring porphyrin derivative. Increased Coproporphyrin III dihydrochloride excretion is unlinked by symptoms of porphyria, metal or chemical poisining, or liver disease. Coproporphyrin III dihydrochloride is increased with antioxidants, but uroporphyrin I accumulation suffers as a result.
