Coluracetam is a nootropic compound and a derivative of the racetam family. It works by increasing the release of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in memory and learning, and by increasing the levels of glutamate and GABA, two other neurotransmitters involved in learning and memory. In addition, it increases the efficiency of signal transmission between neurons.
