CLIC3 Antibody (405) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects CLIC3 in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CLIC3, or chloride intracellular channel protein 3, is a vital member of the chloride ion channel family, which plays a crucial role in regulating cellular transport of chloride ions—an essential component for maintaining cellular homeostasis.
