CKR-9 Antibody (7E7) is a rat monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects CKR-9 in mouse samples through applications such as immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM). CKR-9, also known as GPR-9-6, is a member of the C-C chemokine receptor family and plays a crucial role in the immune response by serving as a receptor for the thymus-expressed chemokine TECK. Anti-CKR-9 antibody (7E7) recognizes a receptor predominantly expressed in T lymphocytes located in the small intestine, which suggests a specialized function in directing immune cells to sites of inflammation within the gut. The unique expression pattern of CKR-9 in intestinal T lymphocytes, as opposed to its absence in T lymphocytes from other tissues, highlights its potential importance in maintaining mucosal immunity and regulating local immune responses.
