QUICK LINKS

Chromeo™ 546 Azide is conjugated to Chromeo™ 546, a bright, red fluorescent label for enabling detection in immunofluorescence, high content screening, ELISA and FRET applications, as well as in flow cytometry. It exhibits superior luminescence properties, a broad Stokes shift, stability towards photobleaching and pH, and low cell toxicity. Chromeo 546 is compatible with various excitation sources including mercury arc, tungsten and xenon arc lamps, the 544nm line of the Helium-Neon laser and the 532nm green laser line. It is comparable to CruzFluor™ 555 dyes. Chromeo™ 546 Azide has a molar extinction coefficient of 96,800M-1cm-1 and its absorption and emission wavelength is 550nm and 567nm, respectively.
