Chfr Antibody (L2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Chfr protein of human origin by immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Chfr antibody (L2) is available as a non-conjugated isotype antibody. Chfr monoclonal antibody (L2) recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in the cell cycle by acting as a checkpoint that delays entry into metaphase in response to mitotic stress, which is vital for maintaining genomic stability.
