CES2 Antibody (G5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CES2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CES2 antibody (G5) is available as the non-conjugated format. CES2, a member of the type-B carboxylesterase/lipase family, plays a vital role in liver detoxification processes by hydrolyzing various xenobiotics and therapeutic pro-drugs, including narcotic compounds.
