CD83 Antibody (6D287) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects CD83 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD83 is a heavily glycosylated membrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily, primarily expressed in mature dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, and interdigitating reticulum cells within lymphoid tissues.
