CD21 Antibody (HB-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects CD21 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD21, also known as complement receptor type 2, is a type I integral membrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in the immune system by serving as a receptor for the C3d complement fragment and the Epstein-Barr virus.
