CD15 Antibody (28) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects CD15 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). CD15, also known as Lewis X or LeX, is a carbohydrate antigen synthesized by FucT-IV (alpha 1,3-fucosyltransferase IV) and is primarily located on the surface of leukocytes and certain tumor cells.
