CA II Antibody (D-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects carbonic anhydrase II (CA II) in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CA II plays a crucial role in the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide, facilitating essential physiological processes such as respiration and acid-base balance, which are vital for maintaining homeostasis in living organisms.
