BTF3a/b Antibody (C-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects BTF3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BTF3 plays a crucial role in the initiation of gene transcription by forming a stable complex with RNA polymerase II, thereby facilitating assembly into the transcription initiation complex.
