BTBD10 Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects BTBD10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-BTBD10 antibody (B-1) is available as the non-conjugated form. BTBD10, also known as GMRP1, plays a crucial role in cellular processes through involvement in cell growth and survival regulation. BTBD10 functions as a nuclear protein that interacts with protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) to inhibit Akt dephosphorylation, a key signaling molecule in pathways promoting cell survival and proliferation.
